There are no machine made, mass produced pieces here!
All pieces are handmade and as such slight imperfections are sometimes unavoidable, normal and part of what makes hand made products one of a kind.
We take great care when making these gems and will only sell pieces that we would be happy to wear ourselves.
We do our best to photograph our products as close as possible to how they appear to the naked eye, however as each computer monitor is calibrated differently, slight colour variance may occur and cannot be helped.
For hygiene reasons refunds and exchanges will not be given to items already dispatched. If you are genuinely unhappy with the items received please contact us directly at email@example.com so we can work with you to resolve any issues.
Damage to purchase:
If when you receive your order and any item has been damaged in transit, where possible we will offer either a replacement or a refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence within 48 hrs of delivery - no exceptions. This will be verified using the Australian Post tracking information.
